Where do I get my login credentials?
Your credentials are sent to you via email. If you did not successfully receive the email, you can contact your phone system administrator and request another email. Otherwise, you can retrieve your username, and then reset your password:
To retrieve your username:
From the starting screen when logged out, select Login.
From the main login screen, tap Forgot Password?.
In the Log in Help screen that opens, select Forgot Username?.
Enter your company email address.
Tap Send to request an email with your username.
To reset your password:
From the starting screen when logged out, select Login.
From the main login screen, tap Forgot Password?.
In the Log in Help screen that opens, Enter your assigned username or company email address under Forgot Password?
Tap Send to request an email with password reset instructions.
How do I use my company credentials to log in?
Your credentials and accompanying details are sent to you via email. In the email, check whether you should use an 8x8-assigned username and password, or your existing company credentials (also called Single Sign-On).
To log in via Single Sign-On (SSO):
From the starting screen when logged out, select Login.
From the main login screen, tap Use Single Sign On.
In the screen that opens, enter your 8x8 username or company email address.
Tap Continue to open a list of SSO login options.
From the list of SSO options, select:
n Log in using SSO: Log in using the credentials for your company’s identity provider.
n Log in using Google: Log in using your company Gmail credentials, if your company uses Google to authenticate. You may be prompted to grant SSO access to your Gmail profile.
Based on your selection, log in using the appropriate credentials.
What is Single Sign-On?
Single Sign-On (SSO) is simply the use of your existing company credentials for Virtual Office. This allows you to seamlessly log in to 8x8 apps without having to use an extra set of credentials.
How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password for the Virtual Office mobile app, you can reset your password from the login screen.
To reset your password:
From the starting screen when logged out, select Login.
From the main login screen, tap Forgot Password?.
In the Log in Help screen that opens, Enter your assigned username or company email address under Forgot Password

How do I retrieve my username?

I closed the app, but I still get calls and messages. How do I stop getting them?
If you closed the app by swiping out of it in your list of recent apps, you still receive communication notifications because you are considered logged in to the app. If you want to temporarily stop getting communications, you must log out before closing the app.
To log out:
Tap the profile image icon in the header to access your profile.
In your profile, tap Logout.
How do I log out of the application?
While in the app, you can go to your profile screen to log out. Logging out of the app prevents you from receiving notifications when you get a communication in Virtual Office.

In your profile, tap Logout.
