What happens if I delete a chat conversation with a contact?
If you delete a conversation with a contact, you only delete your copy of the conversation; the contact still keeps theirs unless they delete their copy. Deleting your copy of a conversation in the Virtual Office mobile app also deletes your copy in the Virtual Office desktop app; log out of the desktop app and back in to see the changes take effect.
To delete a conversation:
Tap Messages to open your list of SMS and IM chats.
Swipe to the left across the desired chat, and tap the Delete icon that pops up to erase the chat.
