Call Recording (outbound and inbound) on the 2250 CR StarBox® Voice Optimized SD-WAN, 5500 CR StarBox® Voice Optimized SD-WAN and the StarLite CR is currently is available for most remote users. (Note) not available for customers using StarScope 1, BridgeWorks or StarCenter.
Local extension recording on a Polycom® IP 650 / 670 / VVX® 500 / VVX® 600 / Cisco SPA525G2 / Softphone is available for remotes. (Note) Call recording for inbound only on StarCenter agents is available for remotes.
