Access the Star2Star Voicemail system (press your phone mailbox button or dial 1000) and login using your existing password. Select option 0 "Mailbox Options" then select option 5 to change your password.  


Alternatively access the Star2Star web portal  clickhere.png Individual Phone Settings section. Select the voicemail option in your Individual Phone Settings to change your password. Remember to Save Changes to System.
