I think it would be pretty cool to have some kind of video conferencing platform. Do you guys already have something like this?

We actually provide Amazon Chime to our customers that is a video conferencing platform. Chime will also allow you to chat and schedule meetings.
I have attached a document that will help you get started using Amazon Chime.
